Matheesh manages the overall Finances of the company and also heads the Engineering department. He has been serving the structured cabling industry for 10+ years with expertise in product management/design and operation management.

Alexandre Serafini

Multi-cultural background and multi-language speaker, Alexandre made his professional sales experience in Shenzhen in the fiber optics industry where he quickly climbed the layers with his dedication to customer service and strive.

Valiant Hui

HQ : Supply Chain Director
China : General Manager

Valiant has 15+ years of combined experience in product management, OEM management and supply chain in structured cabling industry, leads Nexconec's global supply chain. He also manages a large team based in Shenzhen, China.
